Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate multi-program delivery, aligning onshore, remote, and offshore teams using SAFe. You will coach teams in Agile practices, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality solutions for strategic clients.

You will lead Delivery Led Sales collaborations, foster thought leadership, and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews to align client expectations with service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure collaboration and quality.
• Coach teams in Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities for growth during Delivery Led Sales initiatives.
• Champion CI/CD practices to streamline development and improve quality.
• Collaborate with Capability Practices to define project scope and goals.
• Monitor multiple programs and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive innovation and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Lead Quarterly Business Review events with performance metrics and stakeholder alignment.
