Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services – Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Cloud Hosting Portfolio within the PMO. You will lead multiple SAFe Scrum teams to deliver value, remove impediments, and drive data‑driven decisions from a central program office.

Remote work from Puerto Rico with about 10% travel to sites as needed. The role requires 8+ years (or 5+ with advanced degree) of SAFe/Agile experience, enterprise project exposure, and strong communication skills to partner

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe or Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Experience overseeing scrum teams on enterprise‑level development projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile practices and values.
• Improve Scrum maturity and remove impediments for sustainable progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage dependencies across teams and programs.
