Job summary

F3 Design seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead the combined Project Management and Professional Services teams within Managed Services. You will own onboarding for private hosting and remote managed services, drive upgrades, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

You will coach Project Managers and Engineers, enforce SOPs, manage runbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to maintain trust and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT services with leadership of service delivery/PS/PM teams.
• Proven phase-gate governance, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications.
• Hands-on ownership of project financials, utilization, margin, budgets, forecasts, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding and delivery across private hosting and remote managed services.
• Drive initiatives for existing customers including server/network upgrades and migrations.
• Direct Project Managers and Professional Services personnel; coach performance and career growth.
• Enforce SOPs and QA for ticket lifecycle to reduce incidents and improve reliability.
