Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. You will manage customer relationships, scope billable projects, and develop statements of work for a diverse enterprise software deployment portfolio.

In this role you will coordinate across NA time zones, travel up to 25% domestically for key kick-offs and reviews, and drive precise project planning, risk mitigation, and transparent updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in global IT (software) and SaaS deployments.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software deployments across multiple time zones.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for a portfolio of initiatives with global teams.
• Lead scope definition, scheduling, and resource planning across time zones.
• Drive project documentation, status reports, and governance reviews.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and align stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Mentor teams on PM best practices and ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and change impacts to protect margins.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with clients, delivery teams, and sponsors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project closure with lessons learned captured.
