Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. You will manage customer relationships, scope billable projects, and craft statements of work for diverse deployments across Time & Attendance, Payroll and Finance.

You will lead AI‑driven project tracking, drive international stakeholder engagement, and align scopes with budgets while delivering on time and within margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT (software) and SaaS deployments.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools to enhance project scheduling, risk forecasting and stakeholder communication.
• Structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) experience.
• Track record delivering complex projects on budget and on time, meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across international timelines without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software deployments with cross‑functional teams across time zones.
• Drive AI adoption to streamline project tracking and reporting.
• Manage relationships with global stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Define and analyze project scopes, resources, and localized outcomes.
• Develop granular project plans with dependencies across time zones.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Provide transparent, audit‑ready progress updates to sponsors and clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain standards and documentation across PM systems and tools.
• Close projects methodically to enable revenue recognition and capture lessons learned.
