Job summary

SpotDraft is seeking Implementation & Onboarding Managers for NAM and APAC, guiding new customers through scoping, configuration, and onboarding of SpotDraft’s product suite. You’ll align integrations with CRM/HRMS/Procurement tools and lead end-to-end projects with engineering and product teams.

You will conduct requirement workshops, optimize integration alignment, and manage cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful rollout and client adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills and results‑oriented mindset.
• Understanding of the data analytics lifecycle.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with innovative approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Manage projects with an organized approach and ensure objectives are met within timelines.
• Document integration processes and best practices.
• Provide technical assistance to clients with customizations.
• Implement SaaS products.
• Work with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
