Job summary

SpotDraft is hiring a Product Manager in the United States to collaborate with engineering, design, sales, support, and customer success to deliver world-class products. You will be the voice of the customer, building user-centric experiences and documenting requirements with wireframes and user stories.

You will also create knowledge base content and training materials to maximize customer value. A data-driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics will be essential in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of product management experience in a product company.
• Experience shipping high-impact SaaS or legal tech products.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to build 0 to 1 systems.
• Good UX design understanding in SaaS.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with CRMs, HRMSs, ticketing, cloud storage is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient with data analytics tools like Amplitude or Metabase.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, design, sales, support, and customer success to deliver features.
• Voice of the customer; understand needs and solve pain points.
• Create a knowledge base and training to help customers derive value.
• Draft product requirement docs, wireframes, and user stories including happy/unhappy edge cases.
• Empathize with multiple personas and user journeys.
• Adopt a data-oriented approach with a focus on metrics.
• Operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
