Job summary

Maven Executive Solutions is seeking a seasoned VP Finance for a high-growth global SaaS + AI leader. The role will own Accounting and FP&A, partnering with the President, executive team, and Board to scale finance infrastructure for multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue growth.

You will drive rigorous governance, close processes, forecasting, and strategic finance, shaping pricing, capital allocation, and international reporting as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Meaningful finance leadership in a SaaS business.
• Experience operating in a public-company environment.
• Strong accounting foundation before FP&A leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounting and FP&A globally and partner with the President and Board.
• Build the financial infrastructure for rapid growth and scale the Finance function.
• Lead close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
