Smartcat seeks a transformative CFO to lead a high-growth AI-native finance organization and scale governance, reporting, and capital strategy across the company.

You will own strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations, guiding the company from $20M–$100M ARR toward strategic milestones while partnering with the CEO and board. This role emphasizes AI-driven processes and global growth, with a remote-friendly, inclusive culture.

Formación

• You have served as Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company.
• You’ve built AI-enabled finance processes and automation to improve forecasting and decision-making.
• Experience leading Series C/D or later fundraising and communicating with boards and investors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an AI-native Finance organization end-to-end (Strategic Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury).
• Design capital markets strategy and investor relations to support growth and funding.
• Partner with CEO and executive team to shape company strategy and capital allocation across global entities.
