Job summary

Saviynt is a high-growth AI-powered identity security leader seeking a senior FP&A leader in Colorado. You will lead a 25-person finance team, transform planning and forecasting, and build scalable AI-enabled models to drive strategic growth and capital efficiency.

You will work closely with founders and C-suite to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and dashboards, modernizing processes across the finance function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with leadership in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Experience managing 20+ finance professionals.
• Experience automating financial processes and implementing BI solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex SaaS metrics and provide strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor FP&A team of ~25 finance professionals; foster data-driven insights.
• Oversee budgeting, strategic forecasting, and operational planning for a high-growth SaaS.
• Design and implement advanced financial models and AI-powered analytics for SaaS metrics.
• Drive end-to-end process automation across financial systems; maintain scalable BI solutions.
• Partner with executives to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Provide visibility into financial performance for the Board and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, CAC analyses to identify trends.
• Ensure accurate timely P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
