Job summary

ABB is seeking a Business Line Sales & Operations Planning Leader to drive the S&OP process and align it with S&OE. This role connects Demand and Supply Planning with Global Capacity enhancements to improve our ability to fulfill customer demand. It emphasizes process design, stakeholder engagement and structured change management.

The position reports to the Business Line Global Manufacturing and requires strong implementation capabilities to design and deploy planning processes globally.

Responsibilities

• Drive the S&OP process to the next level and connect it with the S&OE process.
• Support the connection between Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Global Capacity enhancement to fulfill global customer demand.
• Create and facilitate the monthly supply planning drumbeat.
• Engage stakeholders and provide a process design ready to use and deploy for supply planning and reconciliation.
• Lead implementation with a strong focus on change management and clear definition of process responsibilities.

Business Line Sales & Operations Planning Leader will be responsible for driving our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to the next level and for connecting it with the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process.

The Business Line Sales & Operations Planning Leader supports the connection between Demand Planning, Supply Planning processes and Global Capacity enhancement with the goal of improving the organization's ability to fulfill global customer demand. In addition to the creation and facilitation of the monthly supply planning drumbeat, the task is to engage stakeholders and provide a process design ready to use and deploy for supply planning and reconciliation. A strong implementation focus, change management and a clear definition of process responsibilities are key to success.

This position will report to Business Line Global Manufacturing.
