ABB is seeking a Senior S&OP Leader to design and run the global planning drumbeat, connecting S&OP with S&OE to optimize demand–fulfillment balance across manufacturing sites. You will lead cross‑unit projects, govern KPIs, and drive improvements in On-Time Delivery and inventory turns.

Connect the S&OE and S&OP processes.Facilitate the Supply Planning drumbeat, related reviews and approvals to improve demand-supply balance.Identify and propose projects to drive the internal planning process to the next level using SAP MM, SAP PP, and an advanced planning tool.Perform standard and ad hoc analyses related to S&OP and S&OE metrics such as Plan Accuracy and On-Time Delivery, including identifying key root causes for non-performance and driving related improvement initiatives.Act as a \"subject matter expert\" for S&OP and S&OE, establish and share best practices, conduct cross-unit process assessments and benchmarking.Build competencies within the organization by training and coaching the Planning & Fulfillment community.Facilitate fit-gap analyses of IBP-related IS tools, assist with the deployment of standard IS solutions for Planning & Fulfillment and provide professional support for users. Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or integrated business planning within a manufacturing environment.Advanced experience with Anaplan and other advanced forecasting/planning platforms and tools (SAP APO or others).Proven experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites and balancing demand across a global manufacturing footprint.Proven track record of improving Planning & Fulfillment, especially in the area of Sales & Operations Planning implementation and improvement.Strong expertise in the Planning & Fulfillment domains of Planning and Disposition, Sales & Operations Planning and Execution.Key skills and execution experience in Supply Planning.Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, and WM modules).Experience in the application of Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.Strong leadership capabilities across team boundaries and with limited formal authority.Customer-focused and action-oriented, with a systematic and structured approach.Cultural awareness and the ability to work within a global organization.Strong communication skills in English, along with solid consulting and facilitation skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferred and 10+ years of S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Global Supply Chain Planning experience.Experience leading S&OP processes across a global manufacturing network.Experience supporting facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
