Zusammenfassung

Adisseo is seeking a Global Innovation and Customer Success Manager for Ruminants, located in the US or Europe. You will lead scientific strategy, coordinate research with universities and customers, and drive product innovation with a strong focus on ruminant nutrition and CNCPS modeling.

You will build a global scientific network, provide technical support to regional teams, and communicate findings via publications and conferences.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in ruminant nutrition or related field with 7+ years in R&I and technical support.
• Strong expertise in ruminant nutrition and digestive physiology; advanced amino acid balancing knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of CNCPS modeling and ration formulation.
• Solid understanding of feed industry and rumen fermentation dynamics.
• Proven experience in research trial design, execution, and data analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally (40%).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of the ruminant scientific and innovation strategy, contributing to the technical roadmap and new product/service development.
• Provide scientific expertise in ruminant nutrition and health, ensuring scientific excellence in research programs, trials, methodologies, and data interpretation.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor research activities with internal teams, universities, customers, and strategic partners to generate proof of concept and support product innovation.
• Build and maintain a strong scientific network with universities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders, acting as a scientific liaison between R&I and the broader organization.
• Provide advanced technical support to regional teams and customers, supporting field issue resolution.
• Develop and communicate scientific knowledge through publications, conferences, technical content, training, and internal/external knowledge transfer.
• Manage scientific projects by ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
