Qualifikationen

The RoleAdisseo is seeking a Business Manager - Ruminants to lead commercial growth across the South/South East territory (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Maryland).This is a territory-based, relationship-driven role that combines commercial ownership, technical credibility, and strategic customer partnerships within the dairy and beef industry. You will work closely with nutritionists, producers, feed mills, and distribution partners to deliver practical nutritional solutions that improve animal performance and long-term customer value.

What You Will Own

• Drive sustainable growth of Adisseo's dairy portfolio across the Upper Midwest

• Approximately 50-60% travel across the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the dairy, animal nutrition, or feed industry
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with nutritionists, producers, and industry stakeholders
• Consultative and solution-oriented commercial approach
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographically dispersed territory
• Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Knowledge of amino acid balancing concepts
• Experience with formulation tools (e.g., CNCPS, NRC)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical customer value
• Experience using CRM and data tools to manage territory performance
