Adisseo in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Marketing and Technical Director to lead North American marketing strategy and market intelligence, turning data into commercial priorities. You will align regional plans with Global direction, manage budgets, and drive product portfolio decisions.

Collaborating with scientists, sales leaders, and customers, you will connect regional teams to Global expertise, coordinate trials, and advance the region's growth while upholding regulatory standards across the U.S.

Formación

• Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Veterinary Medicine (DVM); Master’s, MBA, or PhD a plus
• 10 years of experience in marketing, market intelligence, sales, or business development in animal nutrition, feed additives, or related agribusiness
• Proven skill in market segmentation and analysis, and in using data to set commercial priorities
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition across species and of how field trials are designed and interpreted
• Experience leading people and managing a budget, and influencing across functions without direct authority
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work credibly with scientists, sales leaders, and customers
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements for feed additive claims (FDA, AAFCO, CFIA) is a plus

About Adisseo Adisseo, a Bluestar company, is a global leader in animal nutrition, with a mission to help feed the world sustainably. In North America, we partner with poultry, swine, dairy, and beef producers to deliver science-backed nutrition solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Technical Director to build Adisseo’s position in the North American market through marketing that is grounded in data and backed by science. You will own market segmentation, market information, and analysis, and turn them into positioning, value propositions, and priorities that our Commercial Directors and their teams use to grow profitably. You will also make technical credibility a commercial advantage by connecting our North American technical team to Global technical expertise and prioritizing the trials and evidence our customers need to see.

Reporting to the North America President, you will be a member of the North America Leadership Team and help shape the region’s business strategy and priorities.

What you will do

What you will bring
