Job summary

Adisseo is seeking a Global Innovation & Customer Success Manager – Ruminants to lead cutting-edge nutritional modeling systems and digital solutions worldwide. You will guide CNCPS/AMTS development, train teams, and drive customer value through innovative strategies and partnerships.

The role requires a PhD in Ruminant Nutrition with proven leadership in research, technical services, and global collaboration, plus willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).

Qualifications

• PhD in Ruminant Nutrition or related discipline with experience in research and innovation, technical services, nutritional consulting, or leadership within feed industry.
• Expertise in CNCPS, AMTS, and nutritional modeling systems with strong practical understanding of ruminant nutrition, amino acid balancing, and formulation strategies.
• Experience designing and managing research programs, analyzing complex datasets, translating findings into practical customer solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement to educate and transfer knowledge across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as Adisseo’s global expert for CNCPS, AMTS, and nutritional modeling systems, leading development and adoption across the organization with scientific partners.
• Provide leadership in ruminant nutrition, amino acid balancing, and formulation, defining global recommendations and driving innovation.
• Support global network of nutrition and formulation specialists through technical guidance and training programs.
• Lead and coordinate research initiatives and collaborations to develop new products, digital solutions, and services for customers.
• Publish scientific work, present at conferences, and build relationships with universities and key opinion leaders to translate advances into customer value.
