Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a Director, RTR - Global Process Owner to centrally manage the global Record-to-Report processes. You will lead a team of Global Product Owners, ensure system performance, and maintain data integrity across multiple entities and regions.

Collaboration with M&A deal teams and stakeholders is essential to success. The role requires strong change management skills, experience with SAP, and a track record of process design and continuous improvement in RTR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP in record-to-report processes.
• Strong project management skills for global projects.
• Ability to manage multi-entity financial operations across regions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience with M&A integrations and process migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Product Owners and coordinate with SVP Finance Operations.
• Oversee functional system performance and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure seamless integration points between ERP systems and processes.
• Maintain data integrity and update process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of RTR standards.
