Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a driven R2R Global Process Owner to design and govern the end-to-end record-to-report process across multiple business units. You will partner with finance leaders and regional teams to define future-state requirements and translate them into JDE configurations, while leading UAT and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in global R2R or Controllership leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and govern end-to-end global R2R processes across three business units.
• Partner with finance leaders, operations, and regional teams to define future-state processes and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed JDE configurations and develop test scripts.
• Lead UAT and drive organization-wide training and change adoption.
• Implement strong, system-enabled financial controls for SOX 404 readiness and external audits.
