Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Director, Global Record-to-Report (RTR) Process Lead to own the end-to-end RTR function across the Business Unit Services and global finance leadership.

You will drive the global roadmap, governance, and digital transformation, partnering with regional CFOs, corporate accounting policy, and external auditors while guiding a global team including offshore delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, plus CPA or equivalent.
• 15+ years in Corporate Accounting, Financial Transformation, Controllership, or GBS/BUS.
• 5+ years managing senior executives (CFOs/VPs) and regional leaders.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance.
• Experience with BPO governance and offshore service providers (e.g., Accenture).
• Strong presentation and advisory skills for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and execute the global RTR strategic vision and roadmap across regions.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly consolidation, governance, and audits with global scope.
• Lead BPO governance, SLAs, KPIs, and cost optimization for the RTR function.
• Partner with Regional CFOs and Corporate leadership to realize BUS objectives.
• Direct and develop a high-performing global RTR team, including offshore delivery.
