Advantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Record to Report (RTR) to lead SAP ERP initiatives across finance and accounting systems. This role owns end-to-end RTR capabilities, partnering with finance stakeholders and managing external vendors to deliver enhancements, transformation programs, and ongoing operational support.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP ERP RTR product portfolio, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and related integrations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes through technology and innovation.
• Support project go-lives, hypercare, and stabilization activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across initiatives.
• Drive accountability, performance management, and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting integrations with payroll, expense, and banking systems.
• Act as an escalation point for production issues, ensuring timely resolution aligned with business needs.
• Monitor system performance, incidents, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical financial systems.
• Lead both large-scale transformation programs and incremental system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes through system enhancements.

Experience

• Proven experience leading complex SAP ERP initiatives, including system enhancements, upgrades, and transformations
• Demonstrated success managing vendors and external partners in a delivery environment
• Experience working in finance systems or partnering closely with finance and accounting teams

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP (required), particularly finance modules
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Treasury
• Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., payroll, expense systems, banking interfaces)
