Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a Director, RTR - Global Process Owner to centrally manage the global Record-to-Report processes. You will lead a team of Global Product Owners, ensure system performance, and maintain data integrity across multiple entities and regions.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, GBS, you will be responsible for managing the intake of new work into our global business services platform. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills to handle complex projects from M&A integration to migration of work from local finance to the GBS team. The will be a critical liaison between our M&A deal team, business stakeholders, and the GBS delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, proper scope definition, and appropriate sizing of delivery teams tasked with migration or integration of new activities or business units.****Your role:****Reporting to the SVP Finance Operations, the RTR Global Product Owner (GPO) will centrally manage the global Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
