Job summary

GE Vernova Power Transmission seeks a senior Robotics Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Lead to define, deploy, and continuously improve maintenance strategies for robotic and automated systems across its global manufacturing network.

The role acts as the authoritative voice on maintenance topics for all PT manufacturing sites, coordinating with sites and suppliers to ensure readiness, knowledge sharing, and performance measurement. Travel 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
12–16 years of experience in industrial maintenance for robotics & automation in manufacturing.
Experience defining or deploying maintenance strategies for robotics/automation at scale, multi-site preferred.
Deep understanding of robotics systems: collaborative robots, industrial arms, AGVs/AMRs, automated cells.
Knowledge of OT/IT integration for condition monitoring and asset health management.
Fluent English in written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain standard maintenance strategy for robotics/automation across the network.
Embed maintenance requirements into specs for new automation projects from concept to ramp-up.
Coordinate with other GE Vernova businesses to align with common standards.
Support sites in translating strategy to local plans and readiness for deployments.
Act as escalation resource for maintenance challenges across sites deploying new automation.
