Job summary

GE Vernova Power Transmission seeks a senior Robotics Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Lead to define and deploy maintenance strategies for global robotic systems. This role acts as the authoritative voice on maintenance across manufacturing sites and leads local implementation with readiness assessments and escalation support.

You will drive workforce capability development, measure performance with OEE and MTBF/MTTR, and ensure Total Cost of Ownership is embedded in business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 12–16 years in industrial maintenance for robotics & automation.
• Experience defining or deploying maintenance strategies at scale (multi-site preferred).
• Deep understanding of collaborative robots, industrial arms, AGVs/AMRs, automated cells.
• Knowledge of OT/IT integration for condition monitoring and asset health.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; travel internationally 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standard maintenance strategy for robotics/automation across the network.
• Embed maintenance requirements into project specs from concept through ramp-up.
• Coordinate with other GE Vernova businesses to share best practices.
• Support sites in translating strategy into local implementation plans.
• Act as escalation resource for complex maintenance across sites; focus on Charleroi ramp-up.
• Conduct site readiness assessments before go-live.
• Capture lessons learned for the PT network.
• Develop KPI dashboards and framework for measuring automation benefits.
