Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior Robotics Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Lead to define, deploy, and improve maintenance strategies for robotic systems across our global manufacturing network. You will set standard maintenance strategies for robots, automatisation modules, and AMRs, and embed requirements in new project specifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally (roughly 20–30%).
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical standards and training.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain central maintenance strategy for robotics and automation across the network.
• Embed maintenance requirements into technical specs from concept through FAT/SAT and ramp-up.
• Coordinate with other GE Vernova businesses to share best practices and align with standards.
• Provide site support to translate central strategy into local implementation plans.
• Serve as escalation resource for complex maintenance challenges across sites.
• Conduct readiness assessments for maintenance capability before go-live.
