Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial automation or robotics with leadership experience.
• Strong PLC, robotics, HMI/SCADA, and networking expertise.
• Proven ability to lead automation projects end-to-end.
• Industrial safety and standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, programming, integration, and optimization of automation and robotic systems.
• Develop automation solutions supporting digital transformation and operational improvements.
• Execute automation projects from concept to production launch.
• Design and maintain control systems, schematics, and documentation.
• Drive improvements in SQDC, OEE, reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on automation initiatives.
