Job summary

PRI Global in Sunnyvale is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to oversee customs/import-export processes for hardware components and lead strategic logistics projects aligned with the Robotics program.

You will own and track purchase orders, coordinate with procurement, vendors, and logistics, monitor performance, drive improvements, and provide regular dashboards to stakeholders while anticipating disruptions. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End PO Management: Own and track purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactively escalating risks or delays.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and clear communication at every stage.
• Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance against delivery commitments, flag issues early, and drive resolution to maintain material flow.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the PO-to-delivery pipeline and implement improvements that accelerate material movement and reduce cycle times.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead logistics-related projects that support Robotics organization priorities — including new supplier onboarding, warehouse/routing optimization, and scaling logistics for new programs.
• Reporting & Visibility: Maintain accurate tracking dashboards and provide regular status updates to stakeholders on PO health, delivery timelines, and project milestones.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to protect delivery schedules.
