Caterpillar's Industrial Power Systems Division in Schertz, Texas is seeking a Division Compliance Manager to lead internal controls, trade compliance, and ethics initiatives across a global operation. You will manage a team of ~15 professionals and partner with the division CFO and other leaders to strengthen governance and drive responsible growth.

The role emphasizes building trusted partnerships, executive presence, and the ability to distill complex compliance issues for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of planning and organizing tasks and resources to complete work efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of audit and compliance functions and how to run them across environments.
• Knowledge of internal controls concepts and how to create and strengthen controls.
• Familiarity with risk management processes and how to apply them to diverse situations.
• Solid decision-making abilities and critical thinking to analyze situations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish division compliance programs and drive a culture of compliance.
• Own and continuously improve the division compliance framework.
• Partner with Legal, Trade, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.
• Drive risk-based prioritization of compliance activities and remediation efforts.
• Identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risk; develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare leadership updates on key risks and compliance health.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance and ethics initiatives for the division.
