You will lead a global team of controls and compliance professionals, shaping governance and enterprise compliance expectations while partnering across Legal, Trade, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams. This high visibility role reports to the Division CFO, involves international travel up to 25%, onsite five days a week, and relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Strong controls and compliance background.
• Experience leading a global, cross-functional team.
• Executive presence with leadership and/or customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex matters.
• Solid governance skills ensuring action plans and ownership.
• Strong risk awareness and judgment for regulatory changes.
• Experience in trade compliance and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective division compliance programs to drive a culture of compliance.
• Own and continuously improve the division compliance framework.
• Partner with Legal, Trade, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.
• Drive risk-based prioritization of compliance activities.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Prepare leadership updates on key risks and compliance health.
• Develop and monitor compliance and ethics initiatives for the division.
