Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Irving, TX seeks an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Divisional Manager to champion proactive EHS strategy for 4,000+ people globally. This role reports to Human Resources and advances a culture relentless in EHS excellence.

Lead enterprise EHS initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive sustainable development across the division with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive leadership experience in Environmental Health and Safety, preferably in manufacturing/remanufacturing/global operations.
• Experience leading enterprise or division‑level EHS strategy, compliance programs, audits, risk reduction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as division EHS process owner to develop and continuously improve EHS processes, tools and training.
• Engages division leadership to lead change and address environmental risks and protect employees.
• Creates the vision for change and facilitates relationships to align strategic goals.
• Manages strategies supporting Caterpillar’s Sustainable Development initiatives at the division level.
