Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field is required.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing or remanufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-level EHS strategy and compliance programs.
• Professional EHS certification (CSP/CIH/CHMM/ASP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior leadership of EHS at division level and executes the enterprise roadmap.
• Lead change to address environmental risks and protect employees from hazards.
• Develops and facilitates collaboration to achieve strategic EHS goals.
• Manage strategies supporting Caterpillar’s sustainability initiatives at division level.
• Ensure compliance, training, audits and continuous improvement in EHS programs.
