You will champion proactive safety culture, compliance, and sustainability initiatives while partnering with HR and operations to drive risk reduction and performance improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership in all areas of EHS at a division level and execute the Enterprise strategic roadmap for these functions.
• Develop and continuously improve EHS processes, tools and training.
• Lead change and address environmental risks to protect employees in the workplace.
• Create the vision for change and collaborate with division leadership to achieve strategic goals.
