Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in trade remedies and compliance risk management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and foreign laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute trade remedies activities and investigations.
• Manage supply chain security programs (CTPAT, AEO).
• Conduct risk assessments related to trade security and regulatory risks.
• Develop and maintain policies and training for trade compliance.
• Engage with customs authorities and regulators on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Business teams on complex issues.
