Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a seasoned Trade Compliance professional to lead activities related to trade remedies, supply chain security, and trusted trader programs. You will support compliance with U.S.

and foreign laws, help protect the global supply chain, and respond to enforcement risks. The role requires coordinating with legal and business teams to mitigate regulatory risk and maintain program effectiveness across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required or desired.
• Knowledge of global trade, customs, and enforcement developments.
• Experience advising stakeholders on regulatory changes and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade remedies activities and monitor antidumping and countervailing duty developments.
• Manage supply chain security and trusted trader programs (CTPAT, AEO).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop policies supporting compliance programs.
• Engage with customs authorities and government agencies on validations and investigations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Logistics to manage trade risks.
