Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 1–3+ years in Risk Management, underwriting, brokerage, or related experience
• ARM, CPCU or similar designations preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with some in-office meetings
• MS Office proficiency; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with RMIS preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposure data for property and casualty policies
• Be a subject matter expert for the RMIS
• Create loss experience reports on schedule or ad hoc
• Process invoices and manage vendor payment profiles
• Support captive insurance administration and premium allocations
• Suggest process improvements and document procedures
• Support audits and integration of acquired companies
• Provide backup coverage for team members when needed
