Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced supervisor to provide global oversight of the marine riser fleet, ensuring asset location, condition, certification, and readiness. Responsibilities include reviewing repair scopes, coordinating with rig teams and external providers, and ensuring compliance with company standards and CBM programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Offshore drilling or subsea operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of marine riser systems and inspection/repair processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global riser fleet status, asset location, condition, certification, and readiness.
• Review and approve inspection findings, repair methods, and scopes before work begins.
• Monitor repair execution, QA/QC, and close-out documentation prior to release.
• Lead governance meetings with partners supporting riser maintenance and service agreements.
• Coordinate fleet planning, inventory, and deployment decisions across rigs and regions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, class requirements, and CBM programs.
• Provide technical support for riser events and risk reviews with stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and forecast accuracy for repairs and storage.
