Job summary

The role requires conceptual and innovative thinking, with strong leadership of discipline teams and coordination across design, procurement, and project management. The candidate will perform FEED, studies, and detailed design calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in oil and gas, preferably offshore facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of design techniques and analysis methods.
• Understanding of API, DNV, ISO, ASME and other riser standards.
• EIT or professional engineering society membership preferred.
• Experience guiding discipline teams and leading major projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform conceptual FEED, studies, and detailed design engineering and analyses on complex tasks.
• Lead discipline execution, manage scope, deliverables, schedule, and manpower.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers; conduct meetings and site surveys as required.
• Provide technical direction for instrumentation and controls engineering.
