IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee purchasing, receipt and allocation of fleeted equipment across the organization, ensuring accuracy and availability for projects. You will forecast needs with regional and branch managers, manage vehicle and rig rentals, analyze ROI, coordinate national trenching projects, and drive DOT compliance with safety training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is required.
5+ years of senior management experience.
Experience establishing fleet policies and DOT regulations.
Experience in vehicle procurement including total cost of ownership.
Contract negotiation and pricing management experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel and PC software.

Responsibilities

Forecast equipment needs with regional and branch managers to meet project demand.
Oversee vehicle and rig fleet, including rental programs and allocation.
Analyze ROI and utilization of fleeted assets and reallocate for higher ROI.
Coordinate equipment needs for national and environmental trenching projects.
Publish metrics and reports measuring asset ROI and utilization.
Review purchase requests for fleeted inventory and coordinate vendor orders.
Ensure inventory accuracy and branch audits, enforce policies.
