You will develop compelling value propositions, go-to-market plans, and pricing strategies while coordinating global product launches and ensuring market readiness across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with RF/microwave focus.
• Complementary education or professional training in Product Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Own a global product portfolio and drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with objectives and market needs.
• Manage full product lifecycle from market assessment to launch, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities in connectivity and cable assemblies.
• Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Market Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Develop value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for market adoption.
