Outreach is seeking a Senior Global Rewards Analyst to own compensation and equity programs across our worldwide workforce. You will lead market pricing, merit and equity cycles, and ensure fair, compliant pay practices across regions, collaborating with Finance, Recruiting, and People teams.

Location options include Seattle (hybrid) or US remote, with a focus on building scalable, data-driven rewards programs that attract and retain top talent globally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in compensation or total rewards at a high-growth company.
• Experience running annual merit cycles and equity refresh grants.
• Ability to evaluate and match roles to survey data and defend methodologies.
• Expert-level Excel skills for complex range analyses and planning.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners including Finance and Recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern global rewards programs: compensation and equity policies and job architecture.
• Price the market: manage surveys and benchmark vendors; maintain global band structure.
• Run annual merit, promotion, bonus, and equity cycles end to end.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Business Partners on promotions and reclassifications.
• Ensure compliance with pay regulations (FLSA, EEOC, pay transparency, data reporting).
• Turn data into insights from HRIS, payroll, and surveys; deliver ad hoc analyses.
• Develop/drive reward communications and training for employees and managers.
• Drive continuous improvement using tools including AI to optimize rewards delivery.
