Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own compensation and equity programs for a global, distributed workforce. You will lead pricing, annual rewards, and equity strategy, partnering with Finance, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, and People Partners to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

This is a hands-on, IC role requiring deep experience in compensation and equity, with cross-geography exposure and the ability to drive data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in a SaaS/tech environment across geographies.
• Deep expertise in market pricing, band construction, and compensation survey data.
• Hands-on equity strategy and operations experience, including grant guidelines and Board cycles.
• Experience with bonus/variable pay programs and compensation cycles (Pave).
• Ability to translate analysis into clear leadership recommendations while handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing and band builds across levels, families, and geographies.
• Lead annual band refresh, cost modeling, and internal pay relativities review.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on promotions, relocations, and retention packages.
• Price executive and hard-to-benchmark roles with external advisors; collaborate on quota-carrying plans.
• Run annual rewards cycle in Pave and model budgets by country; report outcomes to leadership.
• Own Company Performance Plan and other bonus programs end-to-end.
• Administer various bonuses and coordinate with Finance on design and international populations.
• Partner on equity strategy, model budgets, and Board proposals.
