Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Reward & Mobility Manager to lead compensation, reward and mobility practices globally, with a strong focus on governance, analytics and compliance. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and maintain effective reward frameworks.

This remote role has global scope, overseeing global pay structures, mobility assignments, and expatriate programs, ensuring processes operate in line with risk and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of senior reward and mobility experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, incentive plans, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with job architecture creation and market benchmarking methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of compensation and reward programs across the organization
• Oversee the annual reward cycle governance and senior stakeholder reporting
• Maintain and evolve global pay structures and job grading frameworks
• Develop reward analytics to support strategic decision-making
• Own the HR mobility framework, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Manage third-party mobility providers and key stakeholder relationships
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in reward and mobility activities
