Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an optimization associate for the Global Revenue Management (GRM) team in the United States. You will analyze supplier performance, support negotiations, and develop analytics to drive revenue across major travel partners.

This role requires strong problem-solving, data fluency, and effective communication with Leadership teams. The position involves coordinating with global teams, building reporting, and contributing to strategic deal structures.

Qualifications

• Graduate background in a numerate subject.
• Strong analytics and commercial acumen with ability to generate insights.
• Ability to work independently in a global team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenues by monitoring deal performance and analytics insights.
• Support regional and global supplier proposals and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with supplier relationship owners to model deals and evaluate proposals.
• Develop and roll out reporting for key strategic deals.
• Drive optimization plans for key markets in EMEA, NA and JAPA.
• Provide deal performance analytics for forecasting.
• Translate supplier performance models into revenue forecasts.
