Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Head of Global Revenue Operations to lead, optimize, and scale GTM processes and systems to support revenue growth. You will define strategy, implement metrics, forecasting, and quota management, and influence the sales incentive plan across teams.

This role partners with Finance and People to align incentives with performance while guiding an integrated revenue operations function post-acquisition of SevenRooms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record leading change management and building aligned tooling for planning, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Experience designing sales commission plans at scale to drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication with executive-level partners; expertise with GTM tools and enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale GTM processes and systems to support revenue growth.
• Define strategy, implement performance metrics, forecasting, quota allocation, and management.
• Align enablement strategies with revenue goals across all GTM teams.
• Design and manage sales commission strategy in collaboration with Finance and People teams.
