Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans and manage implementation activities.
• Scale services and tools to meet business growth.
• Develop metrics and SLAs for core programs and processes.
• Communicate new/updated programs and policies to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve customer experience.
