Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) is seeking an experienced product leader to own the vision and roadmap for under-the-roof quality across its global Reverse Logistics network. You will translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, establish success metrics, and influence senior leaders through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision & roadmap for under-the-roof Advanced programs and own performance across the global Reverse Logistics network.
• Translate operational and customer pain points into product and program requirements by conducting deep dives, analyzing data, and working backward from desired outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making crisp trade-offs between Amazon recovery, seller recovery, and customer trust.
• Partner with cross functional engineering, data science, and applied science teams to design and deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions (e.g., fraud detection models) that raise detection rates.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; instrument programs to measure impact and iterate.
• Influence senior leadership by presenting strategy, roadmap progress, and results in WBR, MBR, and QBR forums.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with ReLo Operations, ACES, RCX, and BRP teams to launch new product initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, A/B tests, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to validate hypotheses before scaling.
