Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) seeks a results‑driven program manager to optimize customer returns and ReCommerce processes. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, and operations stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve customer experience across programs.

You’ll lead data‑driven improvements, build field tools, and develop dashboards, supporting scalable operations with cross‑functional partners to deliver strong business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
• Field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of brilliant basic pillars.
• Shared projects with other WWR&R teams – NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech – as cross functional stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and track success metrics.
