Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) in Dallas is seeking a program/project manager to optimize the Customer Returns and ReCommerce processes and tools. You will work with product managers, software developers, and operations stakeholders to ensure the best associate and customer experience.

In this role, you will manage established programs, develop dashboards, and drive cross-functional initiatives across NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech to deliver scalable solutions and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
• Field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of brilliant basic pillars.
• Shared projects with other WWR&R teams – NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech – as cross functional stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and track success metrics.
