Job summary

Meta Reality Labs is seeking a Global Returns and Chargeback Lead to own the end-to-end returns and financial-recovery function for its worldwide channel business. This senior role drives strategy, operating model, and performance standards across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Logistics to optimize value and margin.

You will lead cross-functional teams, scale AI-driven automation, and define SOPs for chargebacks, returns, and D2C/B2B channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of global supply chain/operations experience with leadership.
• Experience owning returns/RMA and chargeback programs.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional resolution at leadership level.
• Knowledge of major retail partner programs (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Experience with AI/automation in returns and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Own global returns and chargeback end-to-end strategy and standards.
• Lead retailer compliance-penalty and deduction programs.
• Manage RMA lifecycle from authorization to refund/replacement.
• Scale agent-based automation and extend to new regions.
• Represent returns in cross-functional reviews with execs.
