Job summary
PRI Global seeks a Global Returns Analyst to support its retail channel operations in the AR/VR space. The role focuses on RMAs, returns analysis, and data-driven process improvements across enterprise-level supply chain functions.
You will partner with service centers, validate returns, resolve disputes, and explore automation opportunities using AI and Jira workflows. Prior experience in consumer electronics retail and ERP systems is required.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle.
- Background in consumer electronics retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of returns.
- Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems.
- Retail compliance and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns.
- Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues.
- Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers.
- Validating returns and ensuring data accuracy.
- Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes.
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Leveraging AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting.
