Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA seeks a Manager, Retirement to shape the retirement strategy within the Total Rewards organization. You will design, govern and continually improve retirement programs that support employee well-being and help attract, retain, and reward top talent.

This role partners with HR, Finance and Legal, manages vendors and ensures regulatory compliance across US and global programs, including defined contribution plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Language: English proficiency required.
• Travel: Up to 10% domestic and occasional international travel as needed.
• Certifications: CEBS, CBP, SHRM, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, governance, and ongoing management of U.S. and global retirement programs.
• Develop and maintain retirement program policies, frameworks, and standards aligned with Total Rewards objectives.
• Evaluate retirement plan effectiveness, utilization, market competitiveness, and employee experience to recommend enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless retirement program delivery.
• Manage relationships with retirement plan administrators, recordkeepers, consultants, actuaries, and other external vendors.
• Oversee retirement program governance processes, controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze industry trends, legislative changes, and market practices to inform retirement strategy and policy decisions.
• Support enterprise-wide benefits initiatives and ensure alignment with Total Rewards strategies.
• Develop communications and education initiatives that increase employee understanding of retirement benefits.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and operational effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
